Sculpt

Flow with added strength work and weights. The most gym-adjacent class on a schedule.

Typically dynamic · challenging

A flow class with resistance dropped into it — light dumbbells, bands, or bodyweight intervals — usually with louder music and often heat.

It is a fusion and honest about being one. Not a traditional yoga class; very much a good one if you want the sweat with a yoga structure holding it together.

What to expect

  • Light weights, usually 2–5 lb
  • Squats, lunges and presses inside the flow
  • A soundtrack, and a pace set to it
  • A proper yoga wind-down at the end

Level

You control how heavy and how many, so it works at any level. Some flow experience helps.

All levels welcome. Every class here is open to every body. Teachers offer options throughout, resting whenever you want to is always fine, and no studio expects you to know the poses on your first visit. Tell the teacher it is your first time — they would rather know.

Say if you have wrist or shoulder trouble — the weighted parts are where that shows up.

Who it suits

  • Wanting strength work and yoga in one session
  • Anyone finding a standard flow not quite enough
  • Coming from a gym background

What it gives you

  • Resistance and mobility work in one hour
  • The most measurable progress here
  • A gentler entry for people who like structured exercise

Before you go

Weights and mats provided. Bring a towel — it’s sweaty even unheated. Barefoot, like any class.

On heat — Very often heated. Heat plus weights is a real combination — go lighter than usual the first time.
